Telephone & Video Counselling

Face to face counselling isn’t always accessible, or convenient, whether that be due to physical or mental ill health or caring commitments. Similarly, many ex-pats prefer to speak to someone from their home country to support with adjustment but, by their very nature, cannot attend in person. Telephone or video counselling can therefore be a useful alternative, allowing you to have counselling in the comfort of your own space with more flexibility to your time.

Undergoing therapy can be difficult, so it’s important to be kind to yourself and choose the best option for you. Some people choose to alternate between physical and telephone/video counselling, whereas others choose to purely undertake one mode over the other. It’s your therapy, so it’s your choice.
