You may be feeling particularly anxious about the evolving situation surrounding COVID-19. At Your Therapy, I recognise my role in reducing the spread, and therefore, am currently only offering telephone or video therapy. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to explore this and require any assistance in setting it up.
Face to Face
£45 per session

Telephone or Video
£40 per session
Accessible from anywhere
It’s important you find the right person for you, therefore, I also offer initial 30 minute assessment sessions at £30 for those who wish to use it.
I have limited availability of low cost therapy at £35 per session for either face to face, telephone or video therapy. Please contact me for details.
Terms
Payment is required at the beginning of each session. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or cash.
Unless in exceptional circumstances, the full cost of the session is required to be paid with less than 48 hrs notice of cancellation.
